About the event
Join Master Enneagram teacher and spiritual director Kathryn Grant for this in-depth exploration of Jerome Wagner’s “Bullseye” approach to understanding the Enneagram. We will meet on 3 Saturdays (9:00-10:30 a.m. Pacific time) with a different focus each session. Sessions are recorded:
- September 21: Core value and Avoidance. In this session, we explore each Enneagram style’s core (authentic) value and discover how this leads to our style’s area of avoidance, creating a habit of striving. Striving occurs on several levels and is THE definitive way to recognize our Enneagram style.
- October 12: Defense Mechanisms. In this session, we explore each Enneagram style’s defense mechanism and how they work. Defense mechanisms set us up to create an idealized self-image and explain our motivations, giving us a chance to adjust.
- November 9: Idealized Self-Image. In this session, we explore how each Enneagram style becomes locked into unsuccessful ways of being in the world and in relationships. Kathryn will offer new behaviors and strategies for moving back into authenticity.
Cost: $100, for all 3 sessions.
Location/Registration: Online. This workshop is held in partnership with Journey Center Online. Register at their website: https://journeycenter.org/events/aiming-for-the-bullseye-exploring-the-enneagram-with-the-target-in-mind
